Are your viewers real? Where do they come from?
After you set up your campaign, Streambeat will distribute and embed your live video content on major gaming and esports websites in real-time. When website visitors see your live stream in an embedded video player called AdSpot, they count as viewers on the streaming platform. It helps you increase your ranking. All viewers are real people, as they are website visitors.
Which streaming platforms do you support?
Streambeat currently supports Twitch, Kick, YouTube. We are also working on adding more platform integrations. However, according to the rules of YouTube, viewers who find your stream through Streambeat will not be included in the streaming platform's statistics. As a result, you won't be able to see the growing number of viewers on the platform itself. Nevertheless, you can still check the overall viewer count in the Streambeat Dashboard.
Technology
My stream is offline. Can I pause my Promo campaign?
Streambeat promotes your stream only when you're online and pauses when you're offline. Quick Promo mode starts instantly or at a set time, lasts 6 hours, and allows you to get back. We display your live stream as an ad only when the stream itself is active.
How many viewers? Counting method?
When setting up your Promo campaign, you can specify the number of viewers you want to attract. For example, if you usually have 100 viewers for your streams and want to increase this number to 300, you can set 200 viewers for your Promo campaign. This means our service will distribute viewers to your livestream and maintain a constant count of an additional 200 viewers throughout the campaign. This will help you get as many viewers as you desire.

What do you charge for?
For the Quick Promo campaign, pay for the number of viewers you want. One payment for one campaign. Quick Promo lasts 6 hours, and viewers you purchase are reserved for the entire campaign.
